Experience the art of cocktail making at The Puffin Rooms'. Led by one of our expertly trained bartenders, this interactive masterclass gives you the opportunity to create and enjoy four of your favourite cocktails, selected from a range of signature creations and timeless classics.
Throughout the session, your bartender will guide you step-by-step through the making of each drink, sharing expert knowledge on balancing flavours, pairing aromas, and the inspiration behind each expression.
The session also includes a complimentary cheeseboard or charcuterie platter, perfectly paired to complete your evening.

Book a Cocktail Experience
Important Information
- Available by appointment only.
- All masterclasses must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payment is to be made on the day (deposit to be paid for more than 4 people)
- Maximum of four people per masterclass.
- Sessions can be booked Monday to Thursday 5pm - 7pm or Sundays 3pm to 4pm.
- No masterclasses are held on Fridays or Saturdays.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings for The Puffin Rooms Cocktail Experience are final and non-refundable.
Guests are granted a 15-minute grace period from their scheduled booking time. After this time, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be issued.
Due to the nature of our cocktail masterclasses and limited availability, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rebooking requests. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time cannot be accommodated.
